How much do your services cost?
Wedding Management rates begin at $1,800.00 for local weddings and full-service planning begins at $4,500.00. See the Wedding Services page for more details about these services. For more information about custom events please contact us!
Do you plan events for more than 150 guests?
Absolutely! The largest event we've planned events hosting small and large parties! The number of attendees you can accommodate depends on your chosen venue, but we gladly take on both small and large gatherings!
What locations do you service?
We service primarily in Oregon and Washington. We are based in Eugene, Oregon and are centrally located to service Portland, Bend, and the Oregon Coast. However, we love traveling wherever your celebration takes us!
How far in advance should we book you?
The sooner, the better! We book full-service clients anywhere from 12-18 months in advance. Wedding Management must be booked within 12 months of the wedding date, and somewhere between 6-12 months is ideal.
Do you have a preferred list of vendors?
We have a curated list of trusted vendors that all of our couples have access to and that we highly recommend utilizing, but we’re happy to work with anyone you choose to bring your vision to life.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable retainer to lock in your date. The remaining 25% payments are spaced evenly throughout the planning process, with the final balance being due one month before the wedding day.
Do you plan events other than weddings?
Definitely – we love planning bridal showers, bachelorette parties, rehearsal or welcome dinners, and day-after brunches. We offer full wedding weekend planning services if need help bringing together these additional events!
