Hello,
My journey in weddings began early, working alongside my mom and learning the industry from the ground up. Over time, I stepped into the coordinator role myself, gaining hands-on experience in every corner of a wedding day. From surprise spills to misplaced essentials, I’ve seen it all—and I know how to solve problems quickly and quietly so you can stay fully in the moment.
Years of real-life experience have taught me how to stay steady when things get unpredictable, spot potential issues before they arise, and handle last-minute curveballs with ease. Whether it’s fixing a hem, recreating a bouquet, or jumping in wherever I’m needed, I approach every task with care and confidence (and yes, sometimes a little creative improvisation).
What truly fuels my work is the moment everything comes together—the calm before you walk down the aisle, the realization that this day you’ve dreamed of is finally here. Being part of that feeling, and helping make it possible, is why I do what I do.
I’m detail-obsessed in the best way, but I also believe planning should feel light, joyful, and even fun. My goal is simple: to make the entire experience one you’ll look back on with nothing but excitement and gratitude.

A little more about me…
Anyone who knows me will tell you I work hard and don’t give up easily. I’m a true romantic at heart—someone who genuinely believes in love and sees life through the lens of a Nicholas Sparks novel. I grew up in Oregon, where I’ve met some incredible people, including my sweet husband, Pedro. He’s my biggest supporter and a huge reason I see love the way I do.
My friends and family mean everything to me—especially my dogs, who I couldn’t imagine life without. I love a good glass of red wine, swing dancing, and kayaking, and I find my greatest joy in spending time with the people I hold close while trying to bring a little more goodness into the world.
That’s ultimately why I do what I do. Being part of life’s biggest moments and witnessing the joy that surrounds them fills my heart in the most meaningful way.

Phoebe has always had a love for the spotlight, growing up immersed in musical theatre, choir and more, long before she ever knew where that creativity would take her. That passion for creativity and performance now shows up in everything she does. Phoebe is more than just my assistant; she is also the greatest little sister I could have asked for.
At her core, Phoebe lives by the belief that family is everything. She cherishes meaningful time with her loved ones, and her friendships hold just as much heart—in her free time she loves to sing, paint, and to spend time with her husband Zachary and their beautiful daughter.
When it comes to design, Phoebe has a true gift for turning vision into magic. She approaches décor and layouts with intention and precision, thoughtfully planning each detail so every space feels cohesive, elevated, and unforgettable. With her creative eye, even the simplest setting becomes something extraordinary.
